REGULATION 2.48C INFORMATION TO BE GIVEN ON TRANSFER OF LOST MEMBERS
2.48C
The trustee of the transferor fund must give to the trustee of the transferee fund the following information and statements in relation to each lost member of the transferor fund whose benefits are to be paid to the transferee fund:
(a)
a statement that the member is a lost member;
(b)
if the lost member has specifically asked the transferor fund not to disclose information of a specified kind

a statement to the effect that the member has asked the transferor fund not to disclose information of that kind;
(c)
all information in the possession of the trustee of the transferor fund that could reasonably help the trustee of the transferee fund to locate or identify the lost member, other than information of a kind that the lost member has specifically requested the trustee of the transferor fund not to disclose.
