GIVING INFORMATION

REASONABLE EFFORTS SUFFICIENT
2.03
An RSA provider is taken to have satisfied a requirement, under Divisions
2.3
to
2.8
, to give information to a person if:
(a)
the RSA provider has sent the information to the last known address of the person; or
(b)
the RSA provider cannot give the information because the information:
(i)
is unknown to the RSA provider; and
(ii)
cannot be obtained by making reasonable inquiries; or
(c)
as provided by regulation

, the RSA does not give the information.
