DECISIONS OF RSA PROVIDER
2.24
If an RSA holder would reasonably expect to be informed of a decision of an RSA provider (other than a decision that gives effect to a payment split) before it is made, the RSA provider must give the information to the RSA holder as soon as practicable after the RSA provider becomes aware of the need for the decision (except that the information need not be given more than 3 months before the expected date of the decision).
