INFORMATION TO BE GIVEN ON TRANSFER OF LOST RSA HOLDERS
2.47
2.47 The RSA provider must give to the trustee of a superannuation entity to which the benefits of a lost RSA holder are paid the following information and statements in relation to each lost RSA holder whose benefits are to be paid to the entity:
(a)
a statement that the RSA holder is a lost RSA holder;
(b)
if the lost RSA holder has specifically asked the RSA provider not to disclose information of a specified kind

a statement to the effect that the RSA holder has asked the RSA provider not to disclose information of that kind;
(c)
all information in the possession of the RSA provider that could reasonably help the trustee of the superannuation entity to locate or identify the lost RSA holder, other than information of a kind that the RSA holder has specifically requested the RSA provider not to disclose.
