SCHEDULE 4
For the financial years commencing on 1 July 2008, 1 July 2009, 1 July 2010, 1 July 2019, 1 July 2020, 1 July 2021 and 1 July 2022, an amount is taken to have been determined in accordance with clause 1 if the amount is: (a) not less than 45% of the amount determined in accordance with clause 1 ; and (b) not greater than 110% of the amount determined in accordance with clause 1 .

Sch 4, inserted by SR No 147 of 2004, reg 3 and Sch 3 item 12, is not effective until 20 September 2004.

SECTION 10. 10.For the financial years commencing on 1 July 2008, 1 July 2009, 1 July 2010, 1 July 2019, 1 July 2020, 1 July 2021 and 1 July 2022, an amount is taken to have been determined in accordance with clause 1 if the amount is: (a) not less than 45% of the amount determined in accordance with clause 1 ; and (b) not greater than 110% of the amount determined in accordance with clause 1 .
