REGULATION 10.2.08   DIRECTION TO SECURITIES EXCHANGE TO COMPLY WITH ONGOING REQUIREMENTS  

10.2.08(1)   [ Application]  

This regulation applies if the Minister published a notice under subsection 769B(1) of the old Corporations Act before the FSR commencement, directing a securities exchange to do specified things.

10.2.08(2)   [ Deemed direction to market licensee]  

On and after the FSR commencement, the notice is taken to be a direction to a market licensee under subsection 794A(1) of the Act.
