REGULATION 10.2.132   OFFERS THAT DO NOT NEED DISCLOSURE: OFFER TO SOPHISTICATED INVESTOR THROUGH LICENSED DEALER  

10.2.132(1)   [ Application]  

This regulation applies in relation to a regulated principal mentioned in item 1 of the table in section 1430 of the Act.

10.2.132(2)   [ Interpretation]  

A reference in subsection 708(10) of the Act to a financial services licensee includes the regulated principal.

10.2.132(3)   [ Limitation]  

Subregulation (2) ceases to apply in relation to the regulated principal at the end of the transition period in relation to the regulated principal.
