Division 2 - Pecuniary penalty orders  

SECTION 16   PENALTY AMOUNTS EXCEEDING COURT ' S JURISDICTION - CERTIFICATE  

16(1)    
For the purposes of subsection 144(1) of the Act, the following particulars are specified:

(a) the name of the court that made the pecuniary penalty order;

(b) the date of the order;

(c) the amount of money that is to be paid under the order;

(d) the name of the person who must pay the amount.

16(2)    
For the purposes of subsection 144(2) of the Act, the certificate may be registered in a court having jurisdiction with respect to the recovery of debts of an amount equal to the amount of the pecuniary penalty order by filing it in that court.
