5   DEFINITIONS  

Note:

A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:

(a) Mutual Assistance Act;

(b) responsible authority;

(c) literary proceeds order;

(e) pecuniary penalty order;

(f) Official Trustee.

In this instrument:

Act
means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 .

condemned goods
has the meaning given by subsection 208DA(1) of the Customs Act 1901 .

narcotic goods
has the meaning given by subsection 4(1) of the Customs Act 1901 .

narcotic-related goods
has the meaning given by subsection 4(1) of the Customs Act 1901 .
