DISTILLATION ACT 1901 (REPEALED)

S 50A repealed by No 25 of 2001, s 3 and Sch 4 item 26, effective 4 May 2001. S 50A formerly read:

RECOVERY OF AMOUNTS PAYABLE UNDER SECTION 50  
50A(1)
An amount payable under subsection 50 (2) shall be a debt due to the Commonwealth and may be sued for and recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction by proceedings in the name of the Collector.

50A(2)
In proceedings under subsection (1), a statement or averment of the Collector is evidence of the matter or matters so stated or averred.
