DISTILLATION ACT 1901 (REPEALED)
73A(1)
A person, not being a distiller or a vigneron, shall not, without permission, have any still in his or her possession or custody or under his or her control.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.

73A(2)
A distiller or a vigneron must not, without permission, possess, or have the custody or control of, any still except at the distillery, or at the premises to which the vigneron's licence relates, as the case may be.

73A(3)
This section does not apply to or in relation to a still of a capacity not exceeding 5 litres.
