DISTILLATION ACT 1901 (REPEALED)

S 77 repealed by No 25 of 2001, s 3 and Sch 4 item 46, effective 4 May 2001. S 77 formerly read:

DISTANCE OF STORES FOR SALE OF SPIRITS FROM DISTILLERY

A distiller shall not, except with permission, keep or make use of any store for the sale or storage of any duty-paid spirits at any place within a distance of 90 metres from the licensed premises of the distiller.

Penalty: $1,000.
