SECTION 25 Inciting mutiny
(1)
Any person who intentionally attempts:
(a)
to seduce any person serving in the Queen
'
s Forces from his duty and allegiance; or
(b)
to incite any person serving in the Queen
'
s Forces to commit an act of mutiny, or any traitorous or mutinous act; or
(c)
to incite any person serving in the Queen
'
s Forces to make or endeavour to make a mutinous assembly;
commits an indictable offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for life.

includes any person serving in an arm of the Defence Force of Australia or in the armed forces of the United Kingdom or any British possession.

In subsection (2):
British possession
means any part of the Sovereign

s dominions exclusive of the United Kingdom, and where parts of such dominions are under both a central and a local legislature all parts under the central legislature are, for the purposes of this definition, taken to be one British possession.
