Any person who, without lawful authority, takes
any goods or property out of the possession, custody, or control of the Commonwealth
or a public authority under the Commonwealth or out of the possession, custody,
or control of a Commonwealth officer who has the possession, custody, or control
thereof by virtue of his office, shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty:
Imprisonment for 1 year.
