AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF AUSTRALIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE

S REPUBLIC OF CHINA FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION OF INCOME AND REVENUES DERIVED BY AIR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES FROM INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorised thereto by their respective Govenments, have signed this Agreement.
DONE in duplicate at Beijing this twenty-second day of November one thousand nine hundred and eighty-five in the English and Chinese languages, both texts being equally authentic.
