Annex B Greater Sunrise Special Regime  

ARTICLE 23   Duration of the Greater Sunrise Special Regime  

1    
The Greater Sunrise Special Regime shall cease to be in force following the Commercial Depletion of the Greater Sunrise Fields.

2    
The Parties shall confirm their common understanding that the Greater Sunrise Fields have been commercially depleted and that the Greater Sunrise Special Regime has ceased to be in force by an exchange of notes through diplomatic channels.
