Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (Repealed)
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person appears as a witness before the Tribunal; and
(b) the person gives evidence; and
(c) the person does so knowing that the evidence is false or misleading.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
