This Division (including regulations made for the purposes of section 376 ) has effect despite anything in:

(a) any other Part of this Act; or

(b) the Corporations Law or Corporations Regulations of a State or internal Territory; or

(c) any other law; or

(d) the governing rules of the Part 31 entity.
