55(1)
If a person becomes the holder of an RSA as the result of an application referred to in subsection 54(1), the RSA provider must, as soon as practicable after first providing the RSA, provide the prescribed information to the RSA holder.
55(2)
An RSA provider who intentionally or recklessly contravenes a requirement of this section is guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
