SECTION 44 (Repealed by 74 of 2006)  

44   RELEASE OF THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SEIZED  
The CEO may authorise:

(a) things seized under this Act; or

(b) anything in, on or attached to the things;

to be released to their owner, or to the person from whose possession they were seized, either:

(c) unconditionally; or

(d) on such condition as the CEO thinks fit.
