FUEL (PENALTY SURCHARGES) ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 (REPEALED)

S 46 repealed by No 25 of 2001, s 3 and Sch 7 item 24, effective 4 May 2001. S 46 formerly read:

CEO MAY GIVE DIRECTIONS CONCERNING EXERCISE OF POWERS UNDER THIS PART  
46(1)
The CEO may give directions in writing under this subsection concerning:

(a) the circumstances in which the powers in this Part may be exercised; and

(b) the officers of Customs who are entitled to exercise those powers; and

(c) the manner and frequency of reporting to the CEO concerning the exercise of those powers.

46(2)
A direction given for the purposes of subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
