PART IIA - EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN SPIRITS AND DISTILLED SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 11 AND 12 OF THE ACT  

REGULATION 9A (Superseded (Enabling Act was repealed by 74 of 2006))  

9A   DISTILLED SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS UNDER SECTION 11  
For the purposes of section 11 of the Act , fruit brandies (other than brandy distilled from grapes), masticha, tequila, ferro china, ramazzotti bitters and the distilled spirituous liquor known as ouzo or oyzo are prescribed distilled spirituous liquors.
