REGULATION 13 PRESCRIBED STOCK EXCHANGES  
13(1)
The following stock exchanges are specified as prescribed stock exchanges for the purposes of Division 3A of Part III of the Act:

Brisbane Stock Exchange

Hobart Stock Exchange

Stock Exchange of Adelaide

Stock Exchange of Melbourne

Stock Exchange of Perth

Sydney Stock Exchange.

13(2)
The stock exchanges specified in subregulation (1) are declared to have been prescribed stock exchanges for the purposes of Division 3A of Part III of the Act during the period from and including 16 June 1970, to and including the day immediately before the commencement of these Regulations.
