Any notice or other communication to any person or partnership by or on behalf of the Commissioner or a Board, in relation to any matter arising under Part VIIA of the Act or of this Part, may be given to or served upon the person or partnership personally, or by pre-paid letter post at the person's or partnership's address for service under this Part.
