REGULATION 8A  

8A   TIME WITHIN WHICH APPLICATION MAY BE DISMISSED IF APPLICANT CANNOT SHOW REVIEWABLE DECISION  
For the purposes of paragraph 42A(4)(b) of the Act, the prescribed time is 14 days.
