1 Name

This is the Legislation (Exemptions and Other Matters) Amendment (Sunsetting and Disallowance Exemptions) Regulation 2016.

2 Commencement

(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Legislation Act 2003.

1 Section 7 (table item 12, paragraph (a))

Omit "section 9A", substitute "section 11".

2 Section 7 (table item 13)

Repeal the item.

3 Section 10 (after table item 23)

Insert:

(a) a determination made under subsection 7(2), 54(1) or 232(1) of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011;
