SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Deficit Deferral) Act 1994. SECTION 2 (Repealed by 101 of 2006) 2 COMMENCEMENT

Tax payable under section 160AQJA, 160AQJB or 160AQJC of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 is imposed.
