The ERLC will grant and monitor licences and approvals, but won't regulate clinics beyond this. States and territories will regulate other aspects of the ART/IVF treatment, and would regulate other aspects of clinics.

While it is likely that this work would be undertaken by an administrative officer, due to the differing sizes of these organisations and the possibility that other staff (such as an office manager or a more junior clinician) could complete this component of the application, the default labour rate has been used.
