Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2007/24 to change the name of the owner of the Project Land following its conversion from a proprietary company to a public company.

PR 2007/24 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 38

Omit the words:

Great Southern Olives Land (No. 1) Pty Ltd

substitute:

Great Southern Olives Company Limited

This Addendum applies on and from 28 March 2007.
