Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 93/7 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 93/7 provides the maximum contribution base for each contribution period in the 1993-94 financial year.

2. The maximum contribution base for each contribution period in 1993-94 (and for each subsequent financial year) is now provided on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au. There is, therefore, no further need for the Determination.
