NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Paragraphs 2 and 4 of this Ruling were withdrawn in 1986 when changes were made to the sales tax law. Paragraph 3 concerns items in the sales tax law rewritten in 1992 and those items no longer exist. The entire Ruling is now withdrawn.
