NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Sales Tax Ruling ST (NS) 3004 has been withdrawn.

It is superseded by Sales Tax Bulletin No. 34 which was issued in December 1996. Sales tax bulletins are public rulings for the purposes of section 77 of the Sales Tax Assessment Act 1992.
