Where to get help

There are several ways to contact us if you need help with tax and super.

National Relay Service

You can contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS). They have a range of call types to choose from, including a video relay service which can translate Auslan to English, and multiple type and read services.

You need to register to use the NRS. You only have to register once and you can do this online through the Access HubExternal Link website.

Authorised contact

If you have a registered tax agent or an authorised contact in our systems, they can speak to us on your behalf. You can update your authorised contacts or registered tax agent in your ATO online account through myGov.
