SuperMatch annual statement reminder

We're reminding funds their annual statement of compliance is due by 28 February 2025.

If you use SuperMatch, your annual statement of compliance is due by 28 February 2025.

Your annual statement of compliance must be made by your fund trustee, or an appropriately qualified senior officer of the fund - for example, a Chief Risk Officer.

In the statement, you need to confirm:

  • there were no changes in solution or usage of SuperMatch, or that any changes to your SuperMatch processes have been reported to us.
  • you are actively monitoring your use of SuperMatch, with any concerns in usage reported to us.
  • the SuperMatch solution and usage complies with the terms and conditions of use, and the user guide, with any breaches reported to us within the required timeframes.

To comply with the terms and conditions of use for SuperMatch, the annual statement of compliance should be emailed to ES-FSEngagement&Insights@ato.gov.au.
