NO REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PROTECTED INFORMATION
A person (whether within or outside Australia) must not, except for the purposes of this Act, be required to disclose, or produce a document containing, protected information to: (a) a court; or (b) a tribunal, authority or person having power to require the production of documents or the answering of questions.
