295   Subparagraphs 53(2)(c)(iiic) and (iiid)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(iiic) if the warrant is a surveillance device warrant or computer access warrant issued on the basis of a Part 5.3 supervisory order that was in force - the date the order was made; and
