SECTION 153   TRIBUNAL MAY INVITE PERSON TO GIVE EVIDENCE  
When this section applies

153(1)    
This section applies in relation to a proceeding in the Intelligence and Security jurisdictional area.

Tribunal may invite person to give evidence

153(2)    
The Tribunal may, on its own initiative and at any stage of the proceeding, invite a person to give evidence.
