REGULATION 10.2.41   REFERENCE TO SECOND PRINCIPAL: SECTION 911B OF THE ACT  

10.2.41(1)   [ Exemption]  

For section 1444 of the Act, subparagraph 911B(1) (b)(iv) of the Act does not apply if the second principal is a regulated principal.

10.2.41(2)   [ Limitation]  

Subregulation (1) ceases to apply in relation to a regulated principal at the end of the transition period in relation to the regulated principal.
