For the purposes of subsection 1017DA(1) of the Act, a reference in Subdivisions 5.5 to 5.7 of this Division to fund information: (a) includes 2 or more documents that include all of the information required by those Subdivisions; and (b) is to be read as if subsections 1013L(1) , (2) , (3) , (5) and (7) of the Act were included in those Subdivisions, and referred to fund information instead of a Product Disclosure Statement.
