DISCLOSURE OF FEES AND OTHER COSTS
Transactional and operational costs include the following:
(a) brokerage;
(b) buy-sell spread;
(c) settlement costs (including custody costs);
(d) clearing costs;
(e) stamp duty on an investment transaction.
