Schedule 4   Other amendments of the Privacy Act 1988

173   Subparagraphs 80A(1)(a)(i) and (ii)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(i) an Australian Privacy Principle; or

(ii) a registered APP code that binds the entity; and
