SECTION 65   CERTAIN PARTIES MAY SEEK TO WITHDRAW FROM BEING A PARTY  
General rule

65(1)    
The Tribunal may order that a party to a proceeding in the Tribunal ceases to be a party to the proceeding if the party gives written notice to the Tribunal that the party wishes to cease being a party to the proceeding.

Exceptions - applicant and decision-maker

65(2)    
However, subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the following parties:

(a)    in any case - the applicant;

(b)    if the proceeding relates to a decision - the decision-maker.

Note:

The applicant may withdraw the application (see section 95 ).
