10.2.171(1)   [ Application]  

For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a managed investment product.

10.2.171(2)   [ Stock market of securities exchange]  

A reference in subparagraph 707(2)(b)(ii) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a relevant financial market.

10.2.171(3)   [ Stock market of securities exchange]  

A reference in subparagraph 707(5)(a)(ii) of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a relevant financial market on which the securities mentioned in that subparagraph were quoted.
