REGULATION 7.7.03A   FINANCIAL SERVICES GUIDE GIVEN BY FINANCIAL SERVICES LICENSEE: ARRANGEMENTS FOR COMPENSATION  

7.7.03A(1)    
For paragraph 942B(2)(k) of the Act, the Financial Services Guide given by a financial services licensee must include a statement about:

(a)    

the kind of arrangements for compensation that the licensee has in place; and

(b)    

whether those arrangements satisfy the requirements under section 912B of the Act for arrangements for compensation.

Note: This regulation is also relevant to website disclosure information made available in accordance with Division 2A of Part 7.7 of the Act (see paragraph 943J(a) of the Act).


7.7.03A(2)    
This regulation commences, for a particular financial services licensee, on the date that subregulations 7.6.02AAA(1) , (2) and (3) take effect for that licensee.
