Schedule 6 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993

Insert:

"(9A) This section does not prevent the publication of statistics by

the Australian Statistician, but such statistics must not be published

in a manner that enables the identification of:

(a) a superannuation entity; or

(b) a person.

"(9B) This section does not prevent the Australian Statistician from

determining that fees are to be paid in respect of the publication of

statistics derived, in whole or in part, from information disclosed,

or documents produced, under paragraph (6)(da).".
