A person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to information referred to in subparagraph 848A(1)(a)(i) may disclose the information if the disclosure is made for the purposes of seeking review of: (a) the direction; or (b) a decision made in relation to the direction.

A person covered by subsection 848C(2) in relation to any information may disclose the information if: (a) the disclosure is to the person's lawyer; and (b) the purpose of the person making the disclosure is for the lawyer to provide legal advice, or another legal service, in relation to the direction.
