TREATY BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF TIMOR-LESTE ESTABLISHING THEIR MARITIME BOUNDARIES IN THE TIMOR SEA  

ARTICLE 9   Previous Agreements  

1    
Upon the entry into force of this Treaty, the following agreements shall cease to be in force:

(a)    the Timor Sea Treaty; and

(b)    the International Unitisation Agreement.

2    
This Treaty shall have no effect on rights or obligations arising under the agreements set out in paragraph 1 of this Article while they were in force.
