INSPECTION AND COPYING OF REGISTER
812(1)
[Meaning of ``register'']
In this section:
``register''
in relation to a licensee, means a register that the licensee keeps
for the purposes of section
810.

[Register to be open for inspection]
A licensee must ensure that a register is open for inspection without charge.

[Copies of register]
Where a person requests a licensee in writing to give to the person a copy of the whole, or of a specified part, of a register, the licensee must comply with the request within 2 business days after:
(a)
if the licensee requires the person to pay for the copy an amount of not more than the prescribed amount - receiving the amount from the person; or
(b)
in any other case - receiving the request.
