Tax Director and Tax Manager roles

As a Tax Director you will:

• have highly developed leaderships skills
• take an active role in the implementation of the ATO’s strategic direction
• make balanced decisions using professional judgment
• work collaboratively with stakeholders to negotiate complex and sensitive issues to influence outcomes
• lead a team with a whole-of-client approach in the provision of information and advice
• actively contribute to the development of staff capability.

As a Tax Manager you will provide professional leadership and perform client engagement activities.

Our clients are diverse and may include individuals, small business, public and private companies and internationals.

We may offer these roles in business areas across the Client Engagement Group. You will manage a team or casework and apply your knowledge of tax and superannuation.

Using your strong leadership and communication skills you will:

• provide recommendations and high-level advice to senior leadership on specific issues
• collaborate on complex and sensitive tax or planning issues
• lead and coordinate the work of team members
• identify development opportunities and manage your own work and that of others.
